Recently, AEPG has signed an equity transaction agreement with Shanghai Zhongxinyuanjun Environmental protection co.,ltd and Zhuhai environmental protection industry development co.,ltd to acquire 51% equity of ZEPc and has became the major shareholder.

ZEPc is located in Gaolan port economic zone of zhuhai city,covering an area of about 110 mu.It is the one of the key projects of Zhuhai city environmental protection and ecological construction. after the completion of the project is capable of dealing with 87900 tons/year of waste treatment(including 36000 tons/year the hazardous waste incineration, 44900 tons/year recycling, physical & chemical dispose for 0.7 tons/year).

In this February, the central committee of the communist party of China and the state council has issued the outline of the development plan for the Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao greater bay area of which has made Zhuhai a very important city in the region.Rapid economic development will also lead to higher waste output, However, Zhuhai has insufficient incineration capacity, therefore relying heavily on the supply from other cities.In recent years, more than 60% of the proportion of hazardous waste transferred to other cities for treatment and disposal, leaving a huge gap in the city's disposal capacity.
