In the afternoon of August 22nd, 2017, Agile Environmental Protection Group signed a cooperation agreement about increasing capital with Fujian Chuxin Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Fujian Chuxin ") in Alige Center，and became the controlling shareholder.

Fujian Chuxin is the "Zhangzhou Industrial Waste Treatment Center " which is planned and established by the Environmental Protection Department of Fujian province during the13th Five-Year period. It is the largest in Fujian and the only industrial hazardous waste comprehensive treatment company in Zhangzhou. It is located in High-tech Industrial Development Zone of JiuHu Town Zhangzhou City Fujian Province. It covers an area of about 132 mu, and has 11.25 million tons per year of hazardous waste disposal, including 2.25 million tons per year in incineration , 30,000 tons per year in physicochemical treatment , 30,000 tons per year in sludge drying  and 30,000 tons per year in landfill .

Industry in Fujian province has developed rapidly. The industrial output has increased by 7.8% in the first half of this year, and 0.9% higher than the national average. It ranks number one in the eastern provinces. In contrast, there are only two comprehensive waste disposal projects which are in operation in Fujian. And the processing scale is far lower than the waste production amount, while Zhangzhou project will largely make up this gap. And it will remove environmental worries for industrial development in Fujian and make Fujian "the greenest province in China".

Taking control of Fujian Chuxin is of great significance for Agile Environmental Protection Group, and also a very important step for the group to move into Fujian. It expands the group’s business domain and start a new chapter of the group’s layout in Southern China. It further enhances comprehensive strength of Agile Environmental Protection Group and improves its competitiveness and influence in environment protection industry, which makes it closer to  the aim of becoming leading enterprise in hazardous waste treatment industry.
